LIMITED WARRANTY

Freedom Electric Marine warrants to the original retail purchaser of the Twin Troller X10 that the boat will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

The hull is warranted for a period of five (5) years from the date of original retail purchase. The pedal and motor ssemblies installed on the original boat are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original retail purchaser. Proof of original purchase is required for warranty consideration.

This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from improper maintenance, improper storage, neglect, abuse, misuse, accident, collision, grounding, unauthorized repairs, modifications, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, damage occurring during transportation, or use of the product in a manner other than intended by Freedom Electric Marine.

Freedom Electric Marine will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any part determined to be defective in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period. Warranty eligibility shall be determined following inspection by Freedom Electric Marine or its authorized representative.

 REPLACEMENT PARTS WARRANTY

Replacement parts sold by Freedom Electric Marine are warranted only against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in writing. This warranty applies only to the replacement part itself and does not extend or renew the warranty period of the boat or any other component.

Freedom Electric Marine shall not be responsible for damage to replacement parts caused by failure, deterioration, corrosion, excessive wear, improper installation, improper wiring, inadequate electrical systems, modification, misuse, water intrusion, lack of maintenance, or malfunction of existing boat components, motors, batteries, wiring, controls, electrical systems, or other equipment not supplied as part of the replacement part purchase.

The owner is responsible for ensuring that all associated motors, wiring, batteries, electrical systems, and related components are in proper operating condition prior to installation of any replacement part. Failures caused by excessive current draw, electrical faults, short circuits, corroded components, defective motors, defective wiring, improper battery voltage, or other pre-existing conditions are not covered under warranty.

Warranty coverage does not apply to replacement pedal assemblies, motor controls, switches, wiring, or other electrical components that are damaged by motors, wiring, electrical systems, or related equipment that draw excessive current due to corrosion, wear, water intrusion, improper maintenance, modification, or other pre-existing conditions.

Installation of replacement parts into a vessel containing damaged, worn, corroded, modified, or otherwise defective components may void warranty coverage for the replacement part if such conditions contribute to the failure. Freedom Electric Marine reserves the right to inspect both the replacement part and associated systems to determine the cause of failure and warranty eligibility.

The owner is responsible for all transportation, shipping, handling, and related costs associated with warranty inspection and service unless otherwise approved in writing by Freedom Electric Marine.

Repair or replacement of defective parts shall be the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. Freedom Electric Marine shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, lodging expenses, towing expenses, transportation expenses, lost profits, or other related costs.

Freedom Electric Marine reserves the right to change, improve, or modify the design, materials, or specifications of any product without assuming any obligation to modify or update any product previously manufactured or sold.

Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
