If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of the Twin Troller X10, you can return it .  No questions asked.
Freedom Electric Marine will give a refund under the following conditions:
Twin Troller X10 Boat:
  1. Full Refund less 10% restocking fee and shipping costs, if boat is returned in new condition with original packaging with all items included.
  2. Full Refund less 25% restocking fee if boat has been used.  Boat must be returned clean with reasonable, normal, use wear.   Unusual wear including but not limited to excessive scratches/scrapes, modifications, or, alterations to the original, may require an additional fee.  **Buyer is responsible for any shipping or delivery costs associated with getting boat and all of it’s contents including but not limited to pedals, battery box, seats, etc., back to Freedom Electric Marine.

Accessories and Parts:

  1. Full Refund less 25% restocking fee.  Returned in new, unused condition with original packaging within 60 days of delivery.  Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item/items.
Additional Terms:
Refund is offered during the first 60 days of ownership starting with date of delivery.  Buyer is responsible for notifying Freedom Electric Marine, of their intentions to return any item, during the first 60 days of ownership to be eligible for refund.  Buyer is responsible for any shipping or delivery costs associated with getting boat/accessories and all of it’s contents including but not limited to pedals, battery box, seats, etc., back to Freedom Electric Marine.   Freedom Electric Marine will issue a refund check to the original owner/purchaser only, once item/items are returned to Freedom Electric Marine with all it’s contents and meets normal wear and tear condition requirements.  Freedom Electric Marine does not offer any compensation for any ownership costs incurred during the 60 day refund eligibility period including but not limited to, battery purchase, etc.
**Warranty of boat and accessories is void upon secondary sale of boat or accessories. If item(s) are still within a warranty period, we may offer the item at cost. 
IMPORTANT: BOAT CANNOT BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IF IT HAS BEEN REGISTERED/TITLED.
